Tehran is prepared to restart atomic talks with Washington as long as it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

He stated: "We managed to survive this engagement. Our atomic expertise, which they planned to obliterate, remains in place. The citizens of Tehran have developed more powerful, more integrated, and more endorsing of the government and the nation in the aftermath of this attack."
