The Warrior Group Revealed
The latest chapter finished on a dramatic pause and introduced the first table of characters who will branch out from the central cast to undertake their separate journey, distinct from the other two tables.
The Soldiers table consists of Teor Pridesire (played by Travis Willingham), Thimble (Laura Bailey), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), Wicander (Sam Riegel), and Kattigan Vale (the actor).
Dividing the Cast
Considering a large ensemble, it was obvious from the beginning that maintaining everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.
This explains, the initial installments of the new season serve as an Overture, connecting the personal journeys before dividing into three separate parties: Fighters, Planners, and Seekers.
What Defines the Combat Party
Per the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a traditionally charged combat and conflict-driven gameplay experience where non-violent answers are few and far between.
At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander might seem out of place, but the events of the third episode show why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the Soldiers table.
Why They Must Go
To begin with, the party understands precisely where to head next after a violent first encounter with The Crow Keepers.
A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose demise started the story’s plot—used the enemy for his own means, breaking into Thjazi’s hideout, striking the rogue, and stealing all the powerful objects to dispose of.
The traitor then cleared his obligations and escaped to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, above the city, with Cyd close behind.
Personal Motivations

- Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and trusted friend, desires retribution.
- The knowledgeable figure has experience in Timmony and advises that it is a hostile location.
- The warrior and Wicander, having disobeyed his relatives’ demands to kill the fighter and instead rescued him, have nowhere else to go.
- Yet, their reputation as important members in the influential clan could assist the group reach places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
- Moreover, Teor swore a eternal obligation to The cleric for his rescue and will now follow him anywhere.
Pursued by Authorities
Finally, all of them are sought by the rulers that rule the setting for a multiple motives, making staying in the city no longer safe:
- The rogue and The hero are known criminals.
- The warrior and The healer turned against the influential house and the army of fiends they are partnered with.

This leaves them little choice but to head to the northern region in quest for the antagonist.
